• Card data — the photos you upload and the grading results, inventory, and order history associated with your account.
• Payment data — processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we retain limited billing metadata (e.g., plan, status).
• Usage & device data — pages viewed, actions taken, approximate session information, and analytics used to improve the product.

To provide and improve the Services, grade and certify cards, maintain population records, process payments, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Aggregated, de-identified grading data may be used to calibrate and improve our grading algorithms.

We share limited data with service providers that help us operate: Stripe (payments), our hosting and database providers, our image storage provider, and market-data sources (e.g., eBay/SerpApi) used to show pricing. We do not sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We retain account and grading records for as long as your account is active and as needed to maintain certification and population integrity, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
